LE (REQUEST) Longer vampire feeding animation

I was always disappointed with the feeding animation. Just one simple bite.

Could someone create a longer vampire feeding animation? Something like 10 seconds or so.

I was trying to do it myself. was learning how to do animation. we can easily do it on the bed feedings but unfortunately standing back and front feeding animation is a paired animation and it's really hard to do anything with it.

I kinda gave up on it. if anyone can tell me how to export paired animation to kf that would be great.

If you look in the scripts that control it there's a utility.wait timer once you start the feed animation before it ends. Perhaps you can edit the script to increase the wait timer and that might just solve your request.

interesting. I don't know how to deal with scripts but I'm willing to learn. Do you know a tutorial or something that I can learn how to edit scripts. Also do you know which script controls it?

I'm away from my computer at the moment, but I believe it's a script called something akin to Vampirefeed.

 

As for learning scripting a good first resource is creation kit.com and check the scripting tutorials and various references, then it just comes down to a lot of trial and error.

Yup, and while you're feeding on some poor schmuck, for 8 seconds, the rest of his friends are hacking you up like a christmas turkey. Unless you're unseen, and not in a combat situation i suppose. and i'm not sure if this is a mods influence but healing happens after the animation is completed not during, so your sitting there for 8 SECONDS losing all this health and you eventually die because you wanted to feed on that dude for longer. unless the animation is vanilla during combat and a bit longer out of combat say 4 or 5 seconds not 8.

8 seconds is a LONG time these days, and in a video game that could get old fast if its a mod, you know?.
