Have you done your homework ?

1 - Clean game cache via Steam

2 - Read mod descriptions and respect what the mod author suggests about load order and compatibility ( this should be the first thing to do before downloading / installing a mod and if it is possible and this is the first time for you modding a game, only download 5 at a time, play and see what happen )

3 - Clean your master files via SSEEedit ( you must clean Dawnguard twice and after that, manually remove 3 records - there is a procedure in Steam - look for it - failure to do this, will crash your game eventually )

4 - Use LOOT to sort your load order and after that, manually place some mods in your load order according to the mod author suggestions and stick to it. LOOT is a very good tool, but if the mod author said for example that Flower Girl must be on the bottom of your load order and LOOT placed it somewhere else, do what the mod author suggested. Again, LOOT is essential but not the last word in a load order. Sometimes, you must move some mods manually and see what happens, that's why, it is important that you get a good load order recommendation and follow it. Bethesda have some, Nexus have others and there are plenty in the net.

5 - Make a copy of your load order ( once everything above has been done and keep it as a reference. If you add a new mod and you do not like, delete it but you must go back to your previous save otherwise, your game will CTD.

6 - Start playing and see what happens.

I did not check your load order. Hope you did not download 300 mods without reading the mod descriptions and doing what was mentioned above, otherwise, your game will CTD.

If you want to learn about load order and compatibility, first thing you need to do is to read the mod author description. Also, look in Nexus for the correct load order for Skyrim or in the net. Follow those suggestions. If you want to run your game as perfect as you possibly can, learn how to do a patch in your game by watching the video located in WOTC ( War of the Commonwealth - Fallout 4 ) and follow the steps. Even though this video is located in Fallout 4 game, the procedures shown in the video apply for Skyrim as well. However, you will not learn it in 10 minutes but at least it will give you a strong idea that modding your game is something not to be taken lightly.

The above procedures are standard and apply for either Skyrim or Fallout 4. I can only vouch for those two games since I am not playing any other.
