dubiousintent
No problem about the last minute "nit-picking'. All part of the process. It's all about conveying the information clearly. Updated. I really appreciate your continued efforts to improve this. -Dubious Edited February 5, 2018 by dubiousintent
EPDGaffney
Looks great. Last one is I'm a bit confused on this here:Once in the Pip-Boy, "Notes" are one of three things: text, an image, or a sound (with a graphic). Where is this graphic? I left that in as I haven't done many notes with audio, but as far as I know, the only selectable graphic on either voice or sound notes (yes, those are two separate ones) is the icon you would see in a container. For all I know, that icon is displayed in the Pip-Boy if using Sound, but I know that for Voice, it has a graphic that shows how far along you are in the audio file being played. I expect this to be the same for Sound but for Sound not to have subtitles. Haven't tested, though. Oh, and have you considered adding this guide to your signature? Seems in line with the rest of what's there but I may have misunderstood your choices. Edited February 5, 2018 by EPDGaffney
dubiousintent
Don't recall where that "(with graphic)" bit came in, but have added a link to the "NoteObject" graphic. Also corrected ti from "three type to four types (adding "voice"). Re: My signature. There is a limit of 5 lines, but I've seen others fit more than one link per line so I'll consider it. Those are all articles I personally authored, so I hadn't considered the guides because I am just the collator of the information. But now that I think on it, the real point is to make people aware of the resources. The problem becomes one of too many entries tends to obscure them; losing sight of the tree for the forest. The current list is much more obscure than these guides, but also more "universal", crossing game boundaries. -Dubious-
EPDGaffney
Looks good now. I see what you mean about your signature. I'd the same concern about having too many there, but I thought I'd ask all the same, as I used to expect it to be a fast way to find the guide. Nowadays I just keep it open in one of my 85 browser tabs. http://prntscr.com/iaoagg
