Help pulling a couple things off?

So, I've recently got Fallout 4, and there are a couple things that I'd like to add for functionality and to enjoy the game more so, since I'm on PC and can mod it, unlike when I played on console.

Lmk if this isn't the place to post this pls.

I searched around a bit and didn't find anything pertaining to what I'd like, and I want to know if it's possible, and how I could maybe achieve it myself or where to find out those things.

1.- I'd like to have a 3rd person camera that I can zoom in closer than is currently available.

2.- I'd like to have a sort of, Aim control like that in PUBG? In Pubg, while looking around in 3rd person, you can either Hold the Aim button (causing the same effect in Fo4 of zoom) and you can Click the Aim button, causing you to go into first person Aiming down sights, and tapping it again brings you back to 3rd person. That's what I'd like to have in Fallout if possible.

A bit specific of a request,So I didn't really find anything.

Though, I can learn quick if it's possible to achieve and maybe make it myself.

Thanks!

Agare

1st one can be done fairly easy with some INI edits. if you want to make it easy for yourself then download the fallout 4 tweaker tool by Bilago.

in it you find a section for 3rd person camera settings.

for the 2nd point whenever i want to do something like that i tend to turn towards my mouse macros instead rather than messing with code in games, far easier.

This comes to mind. Thought it was brilliant when I first experienced it in GRW. It requires F4SE to work with single tap iirc.
