Have anyone got this one?

I even rechecked that I'm managing Skyrim SE, but it's the ony (manageable) game I have currently installed... Since people have succesfully made it to further steps, any ideas on what's the user error I've made and where?

I have the exact same issue

I have this issue as well. My copy of MO2 is version 2.1.1.0 which is a post Tannin version. Not sure if that has something to do with it.

There's another thread where a solution was found; I'll see if I can find it and update here with the workaround.

EDIT: the workaround

Change the following in Mod Organizer.ini in your SSE profile under [General]:
gameName=Skyrim Special Edition
to
gameName=SkyrimSE
Download and install one mod (doesn't matter what) from SSE Nexus
Vortex should recognize your MO2 SSE list.
At least, this worked for me...

That did indeed work. Thanks!
