2 major headaches :/

I have encountered 2 really annoying anomalies.

 

First: When I accept the quest "There stands the grass" from doctor whatever in fort maccaran this happenes: the other female doctor runs out of the room immediatle once I finish the dialog, and as soon as I enter the room where the female doctor was my hud disapears all AI freezes and I can't move.

 

Second: After I update the drivers form my Radeon 4600 through steam the graphics in the game droped sharply. Textures are set to high but in game it loos as tho they are et to low.

 

What is this indiscriminate blasphemy?
