KBence
So I started modding Fallout NV a few days ago and my mods worked well.Today I installed nevada skies nevada enb and realistig wasteland lighting and they also worked.Than I installed wasteland flora overhaul and it always crashed the game when starting NVSE, so I deleted it.Than I installed wasteland clothing hires retexture and I changed some load orders.Something was wrong with wasteland clothing hires retexture too so I deleted it too. After that (if I'm right) something went really wrong: After starting NVSE nearly all my mods didn't work except some texture mods(I use NMC's texture pack with OJO Bueno texture pack) and the nevada skies-lights package. Solid project says an xml file is missing and it doesn't work MCM doesn't work too Project Nevada doesn't work the weapon mod menu also doesn't work ... I tried lot of things to solve this but still having these issues: (I'm not an expert so it's possible that I didn't notice something important.) I reinstalled Solid project as it asked me I changed load orders I deleted all my mods except the ones that had worked before(NMC's texture pack, OJO Bueno texture pack, nevada skies, nevada enb) But I'm still having those issues and don't really know what to do now. PLEASE can anybody help me solving this? I want my mods back I miss them  I'll attach a screenshot about my plugins so you can see the load orders and the mods as well: (and if you need more information or srceenshots please let me know what it is!) I'm grateful for any answers or tips and I look forward to them. Edited February 3, 2018 by KBence
WastelandAssassin
well , it's pretty obvious you didn't read the installation instructions of the mods you use , otherwise you would quite easily see the problems hereboth Nevada Skies and Realistic Wasteland Lighting contain multiple plugins , but you need to only use a single one (the one you actually need)these plugins conflict , so it would make perfect sense that these won't work properly besides this , you have installed and uninstalled several modsthis could cause problems , especially if you have several mods that contain the same filesso you should start by reinstalling all of your mods , and start a new save to test ityou should also never remove mods from an existing save , unless you absolutely know what you are doing it would really help to understand what issues you actually get in game , after you'll try thisbut it just sounds like you are trying to test on your existing save , and the NVSE functionality seems to be broken with this saveso hopefully a new save will work properly (after you go through your mods , reinstall them properly , and organize your load order as suggested by the mods you use)

WastelandAssassin
does it happen every time you try to install this particular mod?if so , do you run anything in the background? because this mod is quite large , so it would require more memory to install properlymaybe try restarting your pc , let everything load , and try to install this mod (don't do anything else on your pc for that time , let it just run)hopefully this will allow the installation to work properly

Now most of my mods work except solid project(still misses that xml file) EVE has some texture bugs especially in impact textures and enhanced blood textures are a quite buggy too
M48A5
You have some very large texture replacers but you do not mention whether or not you also made the game Large Address Aware. NMC has stated that making the game use more than 2GB or RAM is necessary for his larger packs to work. Adding other texture overhauls just adds to the RAM usage and will cause just the problems you are encountering. Your best bet would be to completely remove FNV, all the related FNV files and start over with a clean install.
