The dock master reported how the Governor and Governess aided 50 pirates and how a Lieutenant bribed him to let them in. OOC: there has been no bribe, only threats, and there was no declearation of the fact that he was a lieutenant either Richard walked into the room "I want this man under arrest! He has been delaying the governess and the Governor, oh and Admiral Johnson abandonned his post with reckless disregard for direct orders and is a theif!" I just have one has the Govenor and Governess aided pirates or asked aid from pirate? If you answer this will not press charges on you for helping them aid pirates."
