Firoas
Hello, I've had Skyrim for a while now, and I recently encountered a bug. Females heads are a different shade than their bodies. It isn't a mod issue, as I still had the bug after removing all my mods, custom textures and completely reinstalling the game. If you need any more information, please ask. I would like this resolved soon, as it is rather irritating and immersion breaking. Thanks

EvilDeadAsh34
From what i've read in the past there is a vanilla bug that can do that. I've never had the bug but in my brothers game he does, but only to a few random women. Does it happen to every female in your game? BTW, After you re-installed, did you also happen to create a new character as well? I would try it, i would also make sure you start with fresh INI's just in case. Rahnok
This happens to me occasionally, best fix I have found is to use the console, select the npc, then use setnpcweight, I normally use something between 80 - 100, this will redraw the npc with the correct face textures. AngeGardien
Ha Ha, strange thing, i have never view this bug, the only thing i can think they make this it's peharp a mod the rezise the people differently depending of her race, it's the only thing i can view, or peharp a race they have been adding whit a mod, they change some other by accident, making refresh install don't help you if you use an old save game corrupted, and when you view it's a mod they make this, delete the mod and start new game, if all the rest going well and no problem, no need to make fresh install, the only thing you need to do it's an fresh savegame from the beggining,

However, the head matched. When I loaded the game again, the head no longer matched, and I was back to square one.
