Lynn Wood Tower Settlement

This is the tower by the asylum that has a siren that attracts deathclaws. This is a nice little area and has a cooking station already. I see only one mod posted about this area and even though it is listed as “Settlement” I think it just lets you build the tower in your own settlements.

Does anyone know of a mod that makes this area a settlement, that may be listed under a different name?

the modder who made Red Rocket Player Settlements,

also had General Atomics Galleria and LynnWoods Tower as a settlement,

which got rid of a bunch of spawns from there.

 

one word of caution;

install SMB92's War of the Commonwealth prior to installing that settlement there,

to avoid any issues. hehe.

otherwise, yeah, it's got a nice defendable area,

and you don't have to worry about deathclaw-spawns in the settlement.

the caves at the back plus any-door-to-any-where make a nice vault entrance or cavern system.

He must have pulled those mods. I do not see that tarsis31, the Red Rocket Settlements author, has a General Atomics Galleria or Lynn Wood Tower settlement mod. He does make some great settlement mods, and I use quite a few, but I did not see these in his files.

 

I did see a General Atomics Galleria mod that tarsis31 helped that modder with, but he did not have any other files posted.

 

Maybe it was part of a larger settlement mod that has some other name. :(
