Luckily there was a warranty, but he just got a refund instead. He wound up just getting another Logitech one :P I was considering getting their mechanical keyboard...but for $30 more I can get the Das Keyboard instead. As for headphones...I don't know too much about the brands they sell for PC really. I have a pair of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/IXOS-DJ1002-Ministry-Sound-Headphones/dp/B0000523D4 Amazing sound quality. You can blast these babies and hear no distortion. Never owned a better pair in my life. If I remember correctly, they were only $100 at the local CD/Audio shop...probably could of got em cheaper online.
