GameOfThronesModTeam Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 I have been trying to get new armour into the creation kit this is how I did it: I took a mesh already in Skyrim and edited it in 3DS Max, then saved it and put it in the appropriate folders. I then repeated this with the texture (but obviously edited it in Photoshop). Once this was done I opened the Mesh in NifSkope and set the correct paths for the texture.Then I tried to assign it to some stats in the creation kit but then I chose the mesh and clicked OK an error came up saying Model: Cannot find model (then showed the path I had tried to get the mesh from). Reaper67 Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 Someone please give an answer here. I am having a similar problem. Trying to make two-handed weapons one-handed. I followed the steps I found online and literally only changed one string (WeaponBack to WeaponAxe/WeaponSword) and gave it a new name.
