camera movement

alright so.. i downloaded a camera movement mod a long time ago... i dont even remember what the vanilla camera is like anymore.

but i digress, what i want to know is how some people can move the camera around them 360 and watch their characters walking and running and stuff and i cant... is that a specific mod or something? :pinch:
