Mod Request, Remove hand animation

I think the animations of picking up items, opening doors, etc look very awkward and are also a waste of time. Its a shame they didn't add the option to disable such animations as Ubisoft did on their Far Cry Primal title... so i wonder if it is doable to make a mod that disables all those little hand animations just like any other RPG title out there? please.
