I was thinking about a few ideas

1. Make your own camp sites for when you feel like going hunting and cooking.
2. Buy a house, or build a house anywhere you want (have your own farm) also being able to drag and drop furniture inside house to make it unique.
3. Barbers - HAIR, we need some new hair styles.
4. Witcher Swords.
5. More settlers in villages.
6. Enemies see you when you're hiding in tall grass, need a mod which decreases the enemies response when shooting arrows, as you're found after shooting just one arrow.
7. Furniture store.
