Sniper gear by AlexScorpion Is my favourite weapon mod and couldn't live without it!..

Cheat Terminal Does a lot, my favourite function of it is the duplicate storage and it's menu storage and the fact that it has all the games armor, weapons etc as long as you have the version of the dlc or dlc's it covers, it wont give you something unless you have that dlc for it!..

Centered 3rd Person Camera

NoDegradation

LevelUpNoLock

All DLCs

Project Nevada - Everything except for Implants, which are just overkill and make the game too easy again. PN is supposed to make it harder. And there are still other kinds of implants in the game anyways.

Electro City (without Highways) - Just did this today, have not checked it out yet.

Mod Configuration Menu - Comes with Project Nevada but can be installed separately for other mods.

Mission Mojave - The DLC patches make my game crash at startup, but the base works well.

DarNified UI - Fits more items onto lists and makes unused space smaller.

The Weapon Mod Menu - Allows you to remove mods from weapons, not only add them.

Ammo Crafting Schematics + DLC patches - Fills in the missing bits and ammo types that were left out from vanilla crafting. Breaking down ammo incurs a small material loss. I find this to be the most reasonable of the crafting mods.

Goodsprings Home - A very well done house with nothing OP in it.

Armour Repair Kits - Lets you craft Armour Repair Kits. You can already do Weapon Repair Kits, these just differ slightly in raw materials.

Companions Relax - Lets your friends walk around a bit, sit, eat or talk when you tell them to stay at a place.

SmoothLight - Makes the PipBoy light less bright and reach further.

Fellout - The BEST ambient lighting mod. Nights are dark but not excessively dark. Days are pretty. Nevada Skies may have sandstorms but it's just buggy and not so well adjusted. I got bloom and colour issues immediately after leaving the house.

Clean-Deluxe - Just the meshes. Game looks exactly the same but meshes are optimized.

Unified HUD Project - Needed if you want to use Nevada + DarNified + Weapon Mod Menu at the same time without fuss.

My personal favorites would have to be:

AWOP (Adds HEAPS of new locations to the wasteland)

MoMod (Adds heaps of new monsters)

NVEC (which has NV Character Expansion, Mission Mojave, More Perks compiled and a couple other bit's and pieces built in as well as cutting CTD's)

Project Nevada (Core only the rest will either conflict or are not to my taste)

IWS (increases wasteland spawns = more monsters to kill)

NVSkies URWLified (Best Weather Mod (don't run with Fellout if you have it already CTD central otherwise))

Ceasers New Regime + NCR Rearmament (sorts out the two biggest factions in the wasteland with new gear etc.)

Imps More Complex Needs (Makes hardcore so much more fun)

NMC's texture pack (BEST retex mod I have come across)

WMX (weapon mod overhaul)

CASM (auto saver)

MCM (pause menu mod organizer)

Weapon Mod Manager (allows you to see which mods can be loaded onto a particular weapon and allows you to remove them as well)

NV Interiors (adds interiors to a lot of buildings across the wasteland)

Clean Deluxe (Cleans the wasteland up a bit)

iHud (compiles all hud elements so you don't have to do it yourself)

Underground Hideout (cool little vault with armoury, teleport pad, kitchen, grow room and heaps more)

Minus compatibility patches this is what I am running and it is pretty stable and a lot of fun over the vanilla game
