Mod Request: Use repair kits no matter item damage.

It seems that even at level 20 maintenance that the repair kits (both sizes) can only repair items that still have around 60%+ durability. I looked through the files and I can't find a way to change it so if anyone knows what files to look at or can make a mod that changes it I would be rather grateful.

I kinda hate to necro, but I also hate to make a new post.

 

RepairKitItemHealthBestLimit doesn't work anymore. I have tried setting it to different variables (-1, 0, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001 and 0.0001) but nothing changes. Does anyone know what is going on or how to get it to work?

Just checked - it still works.

Do not forget that this value refers to the maximum skill level.

Please tell me how you get it to work. Did you change it in the vanilla files or did you add it as a mod? I have tried every way I can think of and with 20 Maintenance skill I still cannot repair items damaged lower than 60.

 

Edit:

For reference I have tried all of these with no other mods installed:

1.2 mod with values at -1, 0, 0.0, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, 0.0001 Using Mod Merger

1.3 mod with values at -1, 0, 0.0, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, 0.0001 No Mod Merger Needed

I am a little wary of changing the default RPG_params file but if someone claims it works I will try it.

So, because of SmVovan saying that it works I went back and re-did all my testing. But this time after I dumped all mods I verified the integrity of game files through Steam before installing mods. I finally got it to work. And after installing mods one at a time and testing, tweaking some mods it is still working. I am not sure what happened to mess with my game where just deleting all my mods didn't fix the problem, but there you go. Thanks for the info, someone verifying that it still should work got me working at it again.
