Jedlock01
I was hoping that some-one could put together a working clock mod? digital and analogue...not just for decoration. It would be nice to know at a glance why the shop/bar is shut or why the place is deserted without having to sit and wait. I mean apart from looking out the window to see if the sun is up there is no other way of get a sense of time. "....is it 0600h or 0800h? why is this place shut?..", "...I need a Doctor, oh well I'll just sit here and wait until someone shows up..." "...maybe I'll come back later...". Anyway I reckon it would add a little something to the game play.
instyne49
I found thease by searching for, Cloc, on the Nexus Fallout 4 mods page, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22372 , https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20300 , and this one for fun because you can build one wherever you want, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13593 , I hope one of these works. willyb9
ccmads also recently added some clocks to SOE. you can see images of them at the bottom of the second sticky post here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10075/?tab=forum&topic_id=5286780
montky
in addition to those fine suggestions;a few folks for FO4VR made "GMT of the world" clock 2D-3D decal applique surfaces, they sync at startup to your get-that time routine and on sync events. so, you can make them as animations rather simply in .swf as a flash surface.you can create quite decent 'NIXIE tube" style clock effects etc.it's also great for a 'sun-dial'. it makes a great feature for Starlight City.Every hour, on the hour, is the starting "Please Stand By" timer. someone also made,I think it was the author of Lava-y Lava Lamps, made a "steiner-waldorf-planck" "color-chroma clock"its like a crystal display which glows a different color per time of day. some other awesome individual, inspired by the Orrery in FO3, made a planetarium-orrery for FO4 too, which tells the time 2 ways; via the console 'screen',or, via the Sun 'glowing" on the hour. if those aren't your style -the folks who made a '8bit computer emulated" think 'UNIVAC scale model" hehewith the electrical lighting circuit, also showed how to make a clock from the extant in-game electrical system.that was at ThisWeekInTech and at FranLab/clocks.it can be as simple as, a Massigest "logic get-that node switch",and then a simple 'rectifier counter-circuit" sync'd with the game-time. Such an analog clock was exactly what I was hoping for.Makes me wonder a little: there has been a mod with functional analog clocks for Morrowind. If it works there, it couldn't be too hard to do it in F4, you would think :D Is there just this one clean clock, or also other variants?

Is there just this one clean clock, or also other variants? just the one analog clock and 2 digital (only one model for the digital clocks though) as of writing this. they're very recent additions to SOE, so there certainly could be more in the future i'd imagine. ccmads seems pretty open to suggestions for the mod so long as requests are somewhat unique but not overly complex or stuff that can already be found in other mods. there's even a thread on the SOE mod page to leave suggestions if you want to enquire about more clock variants.
