Vanguardascendant
Like the title says, just looking for a guard mat in which the guard doesn't wander off for recreation or sleep. The guard just stays there all day and night. Maybe we can just pretend they've been given a serious amount of stims to stay awake forever? There's a mod already that does something similar to this, but it's only for the pre-fab wooden guard posts. So I'm thinking this would be an easy tweak of that? Not sure. Perraine
Not sure what you need. Guards never leave their posts ... unless it's to move to another unoccupied guard post (or go fight a bloatfly they spotted a mile away). They don't sleep, eat, drink, or "recreate" at all. At least they shouldn't. If your assigned guards are leaving their posts, then I'd say you have a mod that messes with the guard AI behaviour. I thought I've observed them doing other activities such as hanging around the bar at night. Thanks for setting me straight. jkruse05
If you want shifts of guards (or of other settlers) check the typewriter schedule feature in Settlement Markers . Just build the typewriter, get some paper, print off the schedule(s) you want, and put them in the Settlers' inventories. Works just fine on guards. StarMystyk
Huh. I have Settlement Markers and didn't know that. Will have to try that out, then :)
