kryptopyr
I currently have two mods that add followers from the Thieves Guild. The NPCs I've altered in these mods all originally had Morality settings of 3 (no crime). Given that they are all thieves, I felt that a morality setting of 1 would be more appropriate. I changed this setting on the Actor AI Data Tab for each of these NPCs. However, the game does not seem to recognize this change, and the morality is still set at 3. I can use the console to enter "setav morality 1" which has the desired effect, and they will then commit crimes when asked. However, I would like this change to take effect through the mod and not have to use the console. Any thoughts or suggestions on what might be causing this issue? mojodajojo
If you are playing a game that was already in progress, you may need to kill and then resurrect the actor through the console for some changes to the base form to take effect. If you start a new game, the changes, however, should already be there.

Deleted2628341User
I believe it's the same deal with essential and invulnerability status, I added the invulnerable horses mod and used it in a game where I already had Frost and Shadowmere, they both still die... =[
Madcat221
That's another feature that Wrye Bash... Smash... whatever it is for Skyrim needs to implement: updating NPCs in the save file to match what's in the modules. It wasn't implemented in Wrye Bash FO3/FONV though (IIRC) and it seems that they're lagging behind on even implementing the new load order system handling in the current Wrye Bash, so chances are really slim that we'll see such a Wrye Bash feature.
