Aquaris97
So I'm dealing with save game bloating, and i only have three mods installed in my current list, im about 13 hours in, just made it to kavatch on foot (trying to minimize fast travel for immersion sake) and my character breaks in animations, only mine not npcs or the notorious Abomb, and the animation break is walking/running/sneaking instead of the normal animation they would walk for half a step and suddenly freeze, still moving along the ground as if he was walking but is perpetually frozen in a running/walking pose till i stop and he returns to normal posture, his attack and magic animations arent affected only his walking animations, his legs wont move when im attacking/casting while moving but his arms and torso will, additionally his sliding generates no footstep noise so it makes it seem he is actually sliding and not walking. The mods and the order i have are: Oblivion.esm CLS-Craftybits.esm (the cause of the bloating as declared by the obse log)(insert all dlcs)CLS-Craftybits.esp CB- ImperialDungeon.espMidasspells.esp
leonardo2
Then try to use the Repair Abomb feature in Wrye Bash. https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/35230?tab=images&BH=
Aquaris97
would that work? its only affecting my character, anything else Abomb would affect isn't being affected (fires, butterflies, other npc's) Edited February 28, 2018 by Aquaris97
TheMastersSon
I think you might be dealing with two separate problems. What happens if you disable MidasSpells.esp? It's been a long while but I vaguely remember the mod interfering with Oblivion's default PC (not NPC) animations.
