xVff12
I'll try to keep this short: I have a s*** computer. Got a new computer, want all my old mods on the new machine. Problem is I've got a few hundred mods + script extenders across many large games. It would take too long to redownload and set back up, even with tools. I'm asking how to move ALL nexus files and steam game files from one PC to another so that it was as if they were never even moved - the new PC has all the save files for all the moved games (Oblivion, Skyrim, Morrowind, etc.), and also NMM for each game still functions without having to redownload all the mods.I'd like to avoid having to redownload the games, NMM, or the mods themselves. If there's just a bunch of specific folders I can ferry across on flashdrives or over MEGA or something, that'd be ideal. Thanks! HeyYou
Yank the hard drive out of the old pc, install in new pc, transfer the files you need to where they need to be. Done. (and that should work for NMM, etc. as well.) If you don't want to open up the new pc to install the HDD, or, if its a laptop, and there is nowhere to put it, buy an external enclosure, and install the old HDD in that. Steam stores different parts of games in multiple places, and Nexus seems to store different parts (mods, nexus itself, etc.) in different places.
