Crashing to Desktop and Mod continue to disable itselves

Hello, recently I have a problem with all my Mod and SKSE won't run. If I run SKSE, when it loads to the main menu, it just crash without any errors.

If I use NMM to enable every Mod that I have, and I start the game using normal launcher for Skyrim, all the mod has been disable again, and even I enable again, when I start the game using the normal launcher, same problem occur.

So if I just play the game using the normal launcher, not any of the mod will run in the game.

Anyway, is there anyway to know what mod that I miss in a save game? I have some save game which is missing with some Mod and I not sure which one is missing.

I use Wryn Bash to get all the info about the same game.

 

So if there any way to solve the mod and SKSE crash problem? I'm using the latest version of Skyrim.

 

Now I can't get any mod to work... so anyone know what is the problem?

I need help or suggestion from everyone.

Try this: Find "My Documents\My Games\Skyrim.ini & SkyrimPrefs.ini". Rename both by adding ".bak" to them. Now run Skyrim thru the games original launcher, make appropriate adjustments to load order, under "Data Files" and let gfx settings be made. Launch game from here and load a save, make ANY adjustment in the Display settings and tab out then quit out. This is process for regenerating a new set of INI files.

I have two files, Skyrim & SkyrimPrefs and this is a ini file, but the rename you mean is just right click on both file and type .bak at the back?

 

And how to make appropriate adjustments to load order?
