The only other thing I can think of is I could take a look at your ESP if you like.I think that the problem is oscape is not Generating the Terrain Lod properly. because even in the CK when I load up my World. the terrain is exactly the same as when I go into the world map view. do you think that I might be better trying this for Oldrim instead. and then later pasting the esp back to SSE.
