Mod Request: Stealth Kills.

I've really been enjoying the sneak game play, but one big issue bugs the hell out of me. The radius in which other enemies will hear a stealth kill/knock out is, in my opinion, too large. If they're side by side, sure, but if the one being killed is sleeping 30 feet in a cave, and another is sleeping outside the cave, he probably shouldn't hear a stealth kill.

yes this is ridicilous.
When you are far away you still get a bounty on your head.

Another thing i would add to this is:

When you fail to stealth kill some1 or pickpocket (or w.e) your bounty should go away once you kill them (How would a dead person be able to call for guards?)
