Easy way to remove all mods from a game?

is there a way using NMM or something else to just clean a game of all mods? I haven't played Fo4 in over a year and I just want to remove all mods and reinstall with NMM. Is that possible or will I need to go to each one and remove them manually?

Depending on which version of NMM you have, you could just create a new profile, and that should give you a blank slate to work from.
