entropiachrome
OK, I'm trying to do another mod, and I would like to change/switch the model for an item with another .nif. As I understand it, standard textures/meshes are stored in BSA archived files, and need to be unpacked to be accessed. So... I got a BSA unpacker here:http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3117 The unpacker ReadMe says it needs .net 1.1 to run, so I downloaded that here:http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/confirmation.aspx?id=26 The BSAUnpack application is in my Downloads Folder, so I ran it...I can't seem to find where the Skyrim BSA folder is hiding. How the heck do I do this?!?!? Please help, thanks!

If I use the FO3 unpacker and delete/remove the other BAS utility, can I remove that .net 1.1 or do I need to keep that installed? I'd rather not keep them on my computer if I do not need them... ghosu
Afaik this update is only necessary for programs that are developed for .NET Framework, i guess FO3 only needs Java runtime - as mentioned in the clip. greetings
