LE Looking for mods but cant find and several mod Request.

HI, im a bit new to using mods but enjoying it so far. Anyways i am looking for some mods, as you know there were some quest that the original creators of Skyrim started on but didnt complete. despite this they left the remnents of those quest in the game. IE. "Messing College Students." "Post civil war Camps with unkilliable generals." (At least make it were you can kill all in those camps)
I am looking for mods that activate these quest and get them working as i am sure there is one somewhere but somehow im not typing in the right words.

I am requesting a mod to become a priest of Meridia compatible with the Kilkreath Temple Rebuilt mod.
(be nice if you can secreatly convert people to worship Meridia)
Same thing with Azura or bring worship of the reclamations to Skyrim.
I would also like Deadra Amulets.

Another Mod I am requesting is a dinamic quest were you can join and rebuild Fallglow Keep College after the quest given to you by the college. Have the place reopened and do a quest to get in "The Callers " good graces.

A Mod that allows bards to sing the Stros Makai (dont know real name just sings about a girl in Stros Makai) song that you sometimes hear bandits sing. be nice if the whole song could be found.

A mod were after the main quest and distroy dark brother hood quest you can destroy the Theives Guild.

A Mod were you can become a guard were you can end crime.

A quest mod were you can bring down the Silverblood and Black brier Crime syndicates.

A Mod that allows Children to move to the home in Solstiem.

A Lot of these i dont know if they are possible even but these are things i invisioned.
