I don't know how to put this dilemma into words...

I installed a tool earlier today called ENBoost using this guide that I was hoping would improve Skyrim's previously crappy frame rate on my computer. After downloading a few other mods, mostly of the armor and weapons variety, I started a new game and, after a loading screen that is always quite long on my computer, I was met with a message in all red in the top-left corer that read, "Error! bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 is not set in Skyrimprefs.ini or you have multiple copies of this file." along with the usual prison-mates and myself standing outside with the carriage and horse nowhere in sight. Finding both of these quite odd, I closed Skyrim and checked the mentioned file and text. There was only one of the file and the text was set to equal 0. I set it 1, thinking that to be the problem, and started up Skyrim again only to be met by the exact same thing happening (though with the carriage being in front of me instead of out of sight). I would've searched this up, but it's a difficult situation to put into words general enough to get any potential solutions on Google and the like. I'd greatly appreciate any help anyone could offer with solving this dilemma.

On a probably unrelated side note, Dual Sheath Redux keeps telling me whenever I start up the game that there's a "Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp" that needs to be activated. I've used the Patch.jar tool, but I haven't seen any esp files of that name in the plugins section of NMM. Anyone know where this file could be?

I just had a hard time updating my enb binary file, particularly with all those ini settings. Its hard to find help on matter. I am not an ini expert, but i would say the problem is there and or you missed something during install of the enb binary file or the boost setup. Try starting new game with only dlcs and skse to help narrow things down in regards to no carriage. here's a few links that could help
