Sadly i really don't know anything about this, might be able to point you in right direction. You need to look up string count, I think crash fixes extends string count. I could be wrong on all that, i have never had string count problem only read about it briefly a few times. I'm pretty sure Interesting NPCs creates a lot of strings. Moving Interesting NPCs towards of bottom of load order and moving it around in LO, that and run all mods in xEdit and run the filter and see what all is interacting with those files.

I mean... you could say the same thing about Menzoberranzan and Neverwinter. There are twice as many non-Drow in Menzoberranzan as Drow, and it's population is far more diverse than the supposed multi-cultural hub of the northern Sword Coast. Except, the overwhelming majority of those non-Drow are slaves. Raw population stats don't indicate cultural or racial diversity. And are we under the impression the mean Nords are keeping them there? A days walk literally gets you anywhere from Windhelm. You do have a mad man running around killing women in Windhelm,but he's an Imperial. So a couple of Nords are douchebags, you seriously can't say the same for all other races,minus HighElf,there the worst times 10.

Your kinda all sorts of borked. Sounds harsh,but i would uninstall all mods, verify integrity of game files through steam, and then re clean my masters and start from scratch. If go that route we'll happily have you over here on the MO1 side

My character can walk from Windhelm to Markarth in a day. Being that the nords are so racist i'm surprised the dark elves set up and stayed in Windhelm. Fun Fact: there is no other city that has more non-humans than Windhelm.

i'm having almost same issue don't have the immersive armors by hothtropper installed yet, i think i have that in my back log to do tho. i have better males mod and a few others installed but experiancing the invisable hands red trianlge white exclamation mark. just wondering what you did to find and remedy the situation? Still having invisible hands on males problem?

try this mod, i think it helped on my end. after installing this mod I was magicly able to do vanilla intro first 3-4 tries, I've gotten goofy with intro with this mod installed but not nearly as much as I did prior to installing. The only other thing I did around time of installing this mod was found a different/better way to lock my fps at 60. If you can use the objects then the activator is still there, maybe somehow the objects were checked to be ignored by sandbox or npcs ai have been worked over. Never heard of npcs not being able to use furnitures, don't think script lag would be culprit. Try going in with bare bones load order, 15-25 mods. If that dont work you would have to start a new game with no mods. If it works with 15-25 mods add chunks at a time. If it is messed up with no mods your base is compromised and you need to go into steam and verify integrity of files, which means you have to reclean masters and start from scratch.

Mine slowed down a few nights ago, i went into a room with too many high quality armor/clothing mods being utilized, Need to run ordinator on a few new mods i added. Optimizing your textures is easy enough.

Armor comes off causes crash?Post a load order. Im loosely guessing you skeleton mod is being overwriting, try moving that down in load order

There's nothing wrong with other followers,and you swapped the body files from good follower to this one and problem was still there? Does this follower have a custom skeleton?

The opening intro is buggy for most people, alt start mod is good alternative. For me,getting my fps locked at 60fps made huge difference. Im an enboost,nvidia user. I think i had to turn vsync off in nvidia and maybe in an ini somewhere in data folder so that enboost would control vsync,and fps rate. Long time ago or i would remember better. Alternate Start is great mod,cant go wrong

Giants are closest to the "holding moral high ground" For the record, the threatening Nord in windhelm gets his every playthrough on my end, doesn't matter if I play as a nord,Breton,or dark elf. I still say the most diverse city is easily Windhelm.And I still argue if the nords are that racist why help the dark elves? And why do the dark elves not want to help the people who took them in? Nobody is keeping the dark elves there that I know of. I'm not attacking the 2 users that made legitimate points,nor do I dismiss those points. There are evidently some nords that are jerks, same as all the other Skyrim races. Somehow the Nords are perceived as worse than the thalmor?

Ulfric could easily have a nord only whindhelm but rather he has taken in. Name the city in Skyrim that has the most non human NPCs,I think it's Windhelm

In my experience people who only say "there racists" are the racist. Non applicable in Skyrim thankfully.

Look up a vanilla necklace in tes5edit, the armor add-on rather and compare which slots are assigned for it. I changed the slots of seranas headgear to make her hood invisible in my game Maybe on armor add-on you check races that can use it,not sure on that 1

Please correct me when I'm wrong. There are more Elves living and operating business in Windhelm over any of the other cities. There is a dark elf roaming around Skyrim that plans to fight with stormcloaks,none for imperials. How many elves are in solitude? 2 rude sisters and some thalmor. I identified the thalmor as main bad guys but there is a lot of Nord haters out there. Are the cat people allowed in solitude? I know in windhelm the mean nords threw the dark elves into the grey quarters,how terrible. Should of kicked out the cruelseas and shattershields to the gray quarters so the elves live there? For me the bad guys are Thalmor.

The nords took it back,and there headed to solitude next.
