theskymoves
Have you installed any mods? If so, what are they? And does the character in question meet any requirements for the applicable specialization, i.e., level, class, etc?

Dunno how to list them all as its probably over the 100 mark. And yes, I do meet the required levels etc (I had 8 playthru's on the Xbox version so I think I know how they work, lol)

(and maybe dial back the snotty responses to legitimate and pertinent questions from someone who was genuinely trying to help.... or not, if you want to figure it out yourself, but no-one can magically divine what you may have installed, that might be negatively affecting your game.) i will tell you that it's not a 'typical' issue. i've certainly never encountered it, in nearly seven years of playing the game, and almost that long modding and offering community help with modding issues. *shakes head* Edited March 14, 2018 by theskymoves

Thandal
I suggest you provide your mod list as you've been asked to do, (twice) or figure it out yourself.

I tried copy and pasting them from my files and the paste option is greyed out on this site.

There are literally thousands of DAO mods alone on this site. No one is going to play a guessing game of "this might be the problem if you have this mod or that mod installed". Different mods have different bugs or compatibility issues. No one here is going to bother helping you if arent even willing to answer the most basic of questions to help yourself.
