Point Me In The Right Direction!?

So I'm some what new here and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to some modding tutorials, mostly for beginners.... I have searched on here and all over the interwebz but most of the tutorials are some what vague and are not No0b friendly or maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.

 

The tools I have are -

3Dsmax 2011

Nifskope

Blender

Photoshop

Gimp

Creation Kit

 

What I want to do/learn -

Re-texture existing armor pieces and weaponry

Create entirely new armors for males and females ( I have some pretty awesome ideas for some epic gear I just need to learn on how to get started) My 3d modeling is average but with practice and guidance will improve.

Create entirely new weapons.

 

Any guidance would be much appreciated and I thank you in advance.
