CTD after 25~ minutes

Hey so recently when playing Skyrim I experience CTDs after around 25 minutes of playing and I can't figure out what's causing it.

Used FNIS and got no errors, used LOOT and 0 Warnings or anything I have cleaned all warnings with TES5Edit and so I would guess

that everyhing should work fine but it doesn't...

Download "Skyrim Performance Monitor" launch your SKSE Skyrim game and monitor the Vram, CPU Ram

and see if it climbs to the MAX and then crashes that will give you an indication of where your bottleneck is at. Could also be a memory leak. Do you have enbboost installed or any crashfix mods? Also memoryblockslog is a good way to increase the amount of VRam that is the game allows at one time.

Tried both now but also didn't change anything about CTDs I tried walking over the map but after 25 minutes again it CTD

 

Edit: Last mods I've installed were Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch and The People Of Skyrim and I've found out that one of them causes the CTD, turned both off started a new game

and ran around the map now no CTD aftet 25 minutes. Weird because at least USLEP should fix some stuff not break my game... sadly this means I can't use TPOS...
