hpope1992 Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Hello,Are there members who use Outlook Express? Whenever I have Outlook Express open to read DBX file, it brings the whole system operation to a crawl. Why it is happening??

(task manager should tell you) OE also tends to do maintenance every now and again, and that can be a bit intensive....... might just leave it run for an hour, and see if it gets over it.
