Requesting a skilled modder to take on my idea for house mod

I want to have a collectors house made, inspired by Jaggersfield, and Elysium Estate. I want a house pretty similar to the layout and feel of Elysium estate except I want to try to help a bit more on the framerate side. I am favorable to solitude style architecture, I like archways. The rough idea is

House (SOMEWHERE CENTRALLY LOCATED NOT TO FAR FROM CARRAIGE POINT) I hate fast travel, kills the game.(seriously hurts scripting engine)

2 story home, maybe separate cells to help with framerate?

Compatible with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions for 4, or 6 kids.

A spacious Library with certain unique displays there, office in same room.

A SMALL followers room with bathroom for 2 followers.

A Dining room with attached kitchen and greenhouse.

A bard incorporated into the dining room.

Kids bedroom

Master Bedroom

A 10 Manaquin Armory, and weapon stands for miscellaneous weapons

A living room area

Crafting room with alchemy and enchant table.

Hint (I love clutter ONLY when it makes sense)

 

NOTE: Not a fan of big open spaces (Wasted Space) , BUT I would like to be able to move without Lydia getting in my way all the time.

 

The biggest feature of this mod would be the fact that outside the house, I want a (Shielded, protected, or somehow not just anyone can get into) VAULT entrance.

This is where Jaggersfield Inspiration comes in. If you haven't seen the unique items vault in that mod DO IT,DO IT,DO IT,DO IT..

I want this vault mainly because you have these LEGENDARY and Dangerous items (Cough Deadric Artifacts) that some have the power to manipulate people and turn them against each other. BUT YOU LEAVE THEM OUT IN THE OPEN FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY WITH. Here Lucia play with The ebony blade I'm sure it wont tell you to kill me in my sleep (enter manacle laugh)

 

The VAULT would also of course hold CLAWS, BLACK BOOKS, MASKS Pretty much ALL unique items in the game except the few I would like in the library.

 

I Know this is asking ALOT, But I have a vision of a great housing mod, but not the time or knowledge to do it. If anyone is interested please message me and let me know, I will have building layout drawings done soon but I am always open to suggestions or if you have a couple of epic ideas.

 

AND of course credit and mod rights would go to whoever makes it , I would simply like a shoutout in the description for the help.
