Load Order Suggestions

I've recently taken to overhauling my skyrim mod installation in hope of resolving an issue from the last time I've played and maximise stability overall going forward. So far I've all but completed transferring from NMM to MO and manually corrected as many conflicts as possible. Before I move on to the next step (merged patches and bash patches) I thought I'd make an effort to make sure my load order where in an optimal state. Here is what LOOT has given me thus far:

Point of this topic, effectively, is I'm looking for feedback on my current load order. Please, feel free to leave any feedback or suggestions about further changes that should be made!

 

Edit: Anyone remember what mod "multfollow.esp" is? Currently listed as a missing esp from my save games.
