EchoHuntsman
I was trying to sort out some mods for Skyrim and eventually wound up using NifSkope to edit a couple meshes: femalebody_0.nif & femalebody_1.nif By edit, I mean I deleted a specific branch of the mesh. Or something. Basically, I just want to restore these branches. Restore the files. Whatever. I just need to put them back to how they were before. If any other info is needed, just ask P.S. I don't know if there's a more appropriate section for this, the guidelines on what goes where seemed a bit too vague Edited March 29, 2018 by EchoHuntsman

Deleted21550714User
If you have bodyslide installed then generating a new body would work. If not, what body are you using and what mod manager?
DarkRudra
How about just getting another copy of the files from the original source? I don't know a lot about Nifskope, but as far as I know it doesn't have an automatic backup feature or anything like that.
Deleted21550714User
Hopefully he didn't mess with the vanilla skeleton. Like DarkRudra said, if you use unp or cbbe then reinstall them. If it's base vanilla skeleton you might have a problem. That would require a 3rd party to upload those files somewhere or reinstalling Skyrim. EchoHuntsman
Thank you, guys, for the replies. I tried generating a new body, but it didn't fix the issue. I've updated the main post - the issue is that, on female Argonians only, there is a weird-looking seam around the hips. It looks slightly similar to how a wall in Skyrim would look if the texture hadn't loaded in. It's flat, no texture, just green. I double checked, and the only mod that could be causing this on Argonians specifically is a bigger tails mod. I changed the body from Slim to Physique - Athletic, and I'm using the Nexus Mod Manager.I'll try some other stuff. I have tried Validating Files on Skyrim, even after deleting the files, though I don't know if that would have the same effect as completely reinstalling it Edited May 14, 2018 by EchoHuntsman

I'm not familiar with the tails mod, but I wonder if it only works with specific body types.

It's actually when they aren't wearing anything
