LE Improved, tougher Draugr

I've searched through the Skyrim mods for Draugr-related ones, but all I've found are mods for their appearance. As such, I'm making a request for someone to make a mod that can make the Draugr much deadlier than they are.

 

In particular, I'm kinda put off by the fact that they can only use three kinds of shouts: Unrelenting Force, Disarm, and Frost Breath. Why can they not use Fire Breath? Why can't they use Become Ethereal? (That'd make them such a pain for archers and mages, but not so much for warriors.) What about Ice Form or Dismay (scare off your followers) or Elemental Fury?

 

If the Draugr could use more shouts to make themselves more challenging, that'd be SWEET.

 

I'm probably missing some mods that do what I'm asking for, so if one has already been made, please let me know. Currently they're proving too easy for me to kill with my spell damage-buffed sorceress, even on Master, and even with Draugr Deathlords.

 

If nothing like this has been made, however, consider this a request to make such a mod. Make the most common dungeon foe a force to be reckoned with!

The problem is with this is that bethesda ( in the creation kit ) have lvl values instead of a set like 5 or so different draugr so there are like 60 different ids to edit and even then how do you increase the difficulty health damage what? It would take me too long to make a mod like this but if your looking for a challenge (enemy wise) then I could make a dungeon and fill it with difficult enemies. PM me if you want.

Deadly Dragons and other mods showed that what I've proposed shouldn't be impossible. If you're not up for it, that's fine. Perhaps someone else will be.
