Pre-recorded .Lip file can't be generated (even with skyrim converter/thirdparty generator)

I'll start by saying that first off, the generator works for recording in the Geck, but will NOT work when clicking "generate" for a pre-recorded file.

Placing the "Processing" folder in Sound rather than Voice makes it say that it's missing, but then placing it back cause the generate button to return to not doing anything.

I've deleted any "dummy" files that were recorded, and double clicking previews the sound I want to generate a lip for, but the generate button never does anything (Unless it's not working properly, where it tells me the processing folder isn't existent). All other records of something like this have one reply but no real answer.

I really don't want to use the in-built recording system for obvious reasons, but since it's the only thing I can get working I might have to.

Does anybody have the same issue?

EDIT: Turns out, in all my genius, I forgot to convert the files from Stereo to Mono.
