Simpson3k
I was wondering if its possible to make a mod that allows to return a settlement into its vanilla condition. So when you scapped everything till the very bones there, to then trigger it and everything returns as if you just arrived for the first time. The reason at least for me is, that now after i found out the rise of the commonwealth requires vanilla settlements to work properly and most of the northen settlements already worked at with scrap everything (not always fully scrapped but at the very least modified beyond what the vanilla game allows, a leaded settlement would have stuff placed in the air sometimes because the script thinks there is something .. to put it on. I dont know.. i mean i can restart.. again but i rather would not.. the start on very hard.. took me a while, would hate to have to start over again. So if a script could return a settlement into the vanilla way it would be great. Thanks in advance even if trying the impossible :)
Linmor
Without wanting to start a new game, the easiest way would be to disable scrap everything. Anything beyond vanilla scrap will return, and then you can use ROTC which typically puts back anything scrapped from vanilla back if it needs it. After you get your city set up, and make a save without scrap everything installed, you may be able to re-enable it without everything dissapearing again. (Not sure on this, dont know if the save would have recorded all that was removed with the mod and kept the info after it was disabled) worth a shot at least, if it removes a bunch of stuff again, just disable it again and leave it off. Yes, i know its hard to not use it. I been having withdrawal whenever i see settlements overflowing with garbage piles.
jkruse05
Use Transfer Settlements to make copies of vanilla settlements with a separate character, then load them in with the one you want.

jkruse05
In all honesty I haven't used it much, but I think there are settings to make it grab everything. Edited March 25, 2018 by jkruse05
