Also you could be betted on and make your way to the top.. You would be ranked by the amount of bets on you, such as "Favorite", or "Underdog". I don't know why this came to me, but I think it would be fun.I'd like to see this. It seems to be lore friendly, and it would fit with the whole gambling theme of Vegas. I don't really have the modding ability, I've placed some things in the GECK before and changed some NPC's. judging from things that I hear, It would be difficult to script a whole system where NPC's make smart bets. yungskiz Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 HEY not really something i can do, but i might know how. copy+paste "the thorn" to a new cell - its grity, dirty, and full of violence to begin with. then you would want to change out the npcs that you can interact with- ie leave spectators alone. rename that one main chick who sets up the fights or replace her with brad durden or was it tyler pitt ;P well the scripting for bets and entering fights are there aleady-so just swap all the creatures out for people the basic concept is in the vanilla game-so with a little copy and paste-you have the base for an interesting mod, since you dont have to start from scratch, more time could be spent spicing it up- new rewards- vendors that sell fighting clothes (like grungy jeans or martial art uniforms idk) whatever, ill watch this post for a bit, see if anything goes down- i work part time and go to college full time-its hell at the end of the semester and i dont have time to play yet alone mod- BUT i might try it to see if my logic is sane-i literally pulled all this out of my rear on the spot. ive never made a mod for release though so yea and im not sure what to do about clothes- i cant do pants only because thats not in the vanilla, but it wouldnt break the mod and might be something i could change later Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
