Being banned and not being able to contact support

Well I think it's extremely stupid that if you get banned, you aren't allowed to contact support because you are refrained from chatting with them (this is happening to me)

Yes, I did create a new account to post this, let me tell my story.

I had gotten banned for something that i feel was unjustified, and I tried to contact support and when I was able to on my account, it says that I cant access the chat because i'm banned.

Who's freaking idea was it to do this; this makes me so upset. I have been a member of the Nexus site for over two years, and I get treated like crap without a fair chance, nor even a shot at redemption/trying to explain things.

I was banned for "Admitting to pirating Skyrim", yet no where in any of my posts did I ever say "I pirated Skyrim" or "I did not pay for Skyrim". so what's up with this?

I would extremely appreciate it if someone who had authority would reply and help me out, cause not only can I not use the Mod Manager, but I can't track my mods for all of my Bethesda games, which I have paid for, anymore, seeing as how I have had my account for over two years.

Creating new accounts to get around your ban, does nothing to promote your position. One, possible did not know about the appeal. So you file an appeal and make another account.

That makes three, you are out of here.

For what it's worth (2):

The Nexus has zero tolerance for admitting, supporting, or advocating piracy.

Piracy

We have a strict anti-piracy policy on these forums and the Nexus sites and we take a proactive and pre-emptive stance on anyone we believe is using a pirated version of any game or software.

If you give us reason to believe that you are a software pirate you will be instantly banned.

Everyone, even banned members, can see the Strikes and Bans topic in the "Rules" forum. Your Notice is here: saosin69 Banned. In that notice, there's a link to the post you made in which you admit to violating the our Terms of Service.

That was insta-ban offense number one.

You then compounded the willfull disregard for the rules by creating a second account (insta-ban offense number two) to publically argue about Staff actions (insta-ban offense number three.)

Care to predict the result of your (belated) unban request?
