First of all, toggle "ArchiveInvalidation" off-and-on again. Are you sure that light isn't supposed to be cast from a window or other opening in the other room?

 

Are you using ENB? (It won't show up in any of the lists you posted.) If so your second image is most likely related to the 'Issue: ENB Transparency/Translucency problem' entry in the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.
