my friend was banned

I also had sent him the page for the unban request, and he said when he tried to submit it off of his phone, it said "you have already sent in a request, we will not accept this one" yet he hasn't sent one in? He emailed me with this (his request)

Hi. I was banned recently (yesterday) for "admitting to piracy of skyrim" yet, I never said anything close to "I pirated skyrim". I paid for skyrim, I even uploaded a screen shot to prove my skyrim http://tinypic.com/r/s2u1l2/5 And then I was banned and when I tried to get help your site wouldn't lead me to this page, but to the contact moderator page which I did. I received no answer/help, so I made a new account (probably shouldn't have done, I know) and went to the chat to get help. I asked DrGrimm for help, and he immediately shut me down without questioning me or trying to understand. That resulted in the ban of that account. I was incredibly upset at this point, and created (yes, another) a new account. I tried to get help again and once again, I got shut down by the same guy. No one tried to help or understand. So my friend Ed made an account here and talked to the site owner on a thread, and someone had given the link for the unban request page, which is where I am now. Ed said that the site owner said that when I were to log in and being banned, it would direct me to this page, yet it never did. It came up with an error, which directed me to the contact moderator page. So I did that, and that is why I had never did a request until now. For being a member of the Nexus sites for close to 2 years, I think this is a little ridiculous. If someone could please reply and actually try to talk this out with me, rather than glancing at it and banning like in the past, I'd really appreciate it. The mods should have my email, so you can email me there. Thanks

Let us dissect this "appeal"

Admission of piracy right here

As for the badly cropped picture, that didn't appear in your original appeal, I'm not to sure why we should believe that as proof.

Multiple accounts, and making a thread questioning staff actions the rules concerning that are rather clear.

As for the appeal it's self we received it, the original that is.

So as for not making a ban appeal request until now, that seems to be a bit of lie.

So..what else is there to review?

As for this thread it's self, maybe you should have taken the time to actually read the rules of this site, because you did help your friend cause at all.

I dont see why he would admit to piracy, I physically went to gamestop with him when he bought it, do you want me to ask him to send a full screenshot of his steam? And that would only leave it with two strikees, no?

Could another mod look at this? Because having the same mod is a biased effort

My friend was recently banned (if you can guess its saosin69) and he was pissed so on behalf of myself I made an account here to try to help

Is there anyway he can get an appeal? Cause I can vouch for him owning skyrim, he has it in his steam account, which seems to be the disrupt

I also read his post and it says that there's an appeal but even I looked for it and I couslnt find it, what's up with that?

Your "Friend" said he didn't have it on his Steam account, that's why he couldn't download the CK.

I mean, it's more of a choice than a situation. I'm not sure I can say what kind of Skyrim i'm currently playing on the forums, but I'm sure you can figure it out; can't download CK because I do not have Skyrim on Steam

No it would not, he made two other accounts after being banned, he made a thread questioning staff actions.

As for calling me biased make sure you have all your facts straight about who banned who.

Your friend was banned by three different people.

So there is nothing left to investigate, this is closed.
