RBRoAB
I am TERRIBLE with computers, but I will do my best. I have a Desktop PC and just got FO New Vegas. It plays, but it's slow, laggy, and terrible frame rates, even with the settings set to their lowest. As far as I have read, I need a new graphics card, so please correct me if I am wrong. Here are some of my computer specs. Let me know if I need to add anything else. Also telling me where/how to find it would be helpful Dell Inspiron 580BIOS: Default System BIOSProcessor: Intel Core i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20 GHz ( 4 CPUs)Memory: 8192MB RAMDirect X Version: DirectX 11 Chip Type: Intel® HD Graphics (Core i5)Approximate Total Memory: 1696 MBCurrent Display Mode: 1440 x 900 (32 bit) (75Hz)

If it's the standard 300w, that will prove insufficient for just about any gpu upgrade. I'd recommend a full report on the components included in your rig to get any good suggestions. Yeah it's the standard 300w. I forgot to put that in. And what do you mean full report? Or at least where could I find it? I just ran dxdiag and added what seemed important, or like necessary information.
