madmongo Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 There is a pith helmet for Fallout 3 here:https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/4120 For whatever reason, they changed hair and headgear between Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. You'll probably have to rotate the helmet 90 degrees using NifSkope to make it work in FNV.

If you find something close, it's pretty easy to re-texture an outfit when your mostly just chaning the color. I suspect a helpful nexus member would help out.
