Merge Plugins fails to build

Hey there, looking to get some help with a problem I'm having while building merges.

 

I run Merge Plugins via Mod Organizer 2 for SSE, following the tutorial (albeit for MO1 by GamerPoets here:

). However, whenever I run the merge, I get an error log, and in the status bar of Merge Plugins I get a "Failed" message regarding the build status.

 

When I read the log, I noticed an error: "Failed to merge LF Armor/Clothing Merge, Cannot create file "E:\PC Downloads\Merge Plugins MO New\merges\LF Armor\Clothing Merge\merge\LF Armor\Clothing Merge-Copy.bat". The system cannot find the path specified"

In merge plugins, under the gear icon. If you click on merging tab, do you have merge destination directory set to go to your MO/mods folder? I think that path sets itself if you click your a MO user under integrations tab. If that's not it make sure you have all paths properly set at integration tab

It was set to another folder on my E drive (where my Merge Plugins install is located). I then set it to the mods folder where my MO2 install is but no luck there as well.

Yeah, I'm getting the same issue. For some reason, MergePlugins won't let me enable "Handle Script Fragments" under the "Merging" tab in settings either. It's tic box is just faded.

I have the exact same issue and I can't figure it out, anyone find a solve yet?

Some mods can not be merged possibly try a different combination.
