Fixing the large worldspace conflicts

Hello everybody!

 

I'm looking for a solution to fix the worldspace conflicts when a great number of cells is affected.

 

To be more precise I use Valenwood improved and Elsweyr Pelletine. Since the latter requires TWMP Valenwood Elsweyr it breaks the immersion when I go in the Bosmer province.

 

In a longer and more more technical version: In an attempt to fix it I set Valenwood improved.esp as the only master of TWMP_Valenwood_Elsweyr.esp and want to use TES4Edit to remove TWMP's Valenwood cells but I always get an access violation error in the process.

 

So does anyone among you have a solution to fix the conflict between both mods?
