MLeonhardt Posted April 20, 2012 Share Posted April 20, 2012 The "Slayer" perk adds another branch to the Two Handed Skill Tree, allowing the dual wielding of Two Handed weapons.It would branch off from the Champion's Stance perk.It has three levels: Slayer 1: Available at 2-Hand level 50 (With Champion's Stance maxed), allows the player to dual wield two handed weapons for a 50% reduction in damage and significant reduction in attack speed.Slayer 2: Available at level 75,reduces the damage penalty to 25%, and increases Dual 2-Hand attack speed.Slayer 3: Available at 2-Hand Level 100, No damage penalty, Attack speed is the same as Dual 1-Hand weapons. Power attacks may cause weaker enemies to run in fear. You can only equip a second weapon with a Two Handed weapon, no shields or spells. Your movement speed is significantly slowed, more so than when using a single 2-Hand weapon. Could/should have different animations than regular dual wielding. UPDATE: I've been poking around with the CK, but I'm running into problems. If I just change a weapon's equiptype to Either hand, you won't be able to attack with the left weapon, you will block instead. If I also change the animtype to onehandaxe, you can dual wield and attack with your left, but your right will remain on your back and you will wield an invisible one on your right. What am I missing here? Is this an engine bug? Why is the weapon I'm modding still on my back when I equip it?
