Teleport between waypoints?

I remember a mod from oblivion (or was it morrowind?) where one could set a marker indoors, teleport to anywhere and then teleport back to the marker. Does such a mod exist for Fallout 4?

yes,

2 such mods exist analogous to that Oblivion/TESIII mod you allude to;

RuadHan2300's teleportal gun,

and "Any Door To Any Where" (<--- in tandem, the two of these mods recreate exactly that TESIII mod).

 

there is also JetSteele's teleportation framework,

though, it is somewhat archaic, it is a different 'uber-stealth' way to teleport via item-ref node and QASmoke.

 

and,

the piece-d'resistance.

"Jetpackable VATS"

 

 

this lets you program a flight-sequence (which uses AP), and with the equipped jetpack,

execute that 'flight-sequence" in lieu of vats.

that allows you to end a flight sequence with "Deploy Doorportal/deploy RuadHan -> Supercruise -> cross doorportal terminus"

all as one continuous motion,

you can virtually fly around in 'super-cruise/super-stealth' mode.

 

alternately,

you could adapt RuadHan's weapon and the dart-gun,

to have 'transporter-site-to-site tags"...

Do those mods allow teleportation indoors?

Yup. the mods I refer to,

allow for Exterior-to-Exterior, Exterior-to-Interior, and Interior-to-Interior (within same cell, or, to another cell ref with loading menu).

"Site-to-site transport"*.

 

 

 

*^| Any Door To Any Where might take a little kludge-ing to get it to function properly,

though, it will reliably do the AB pair for Exterior-to-Exterior, Exterior-to-Interior, and Interior-To-Interior same cell.

Interior to Interior and Interior to Exterior are somewhat tricky with Any Door to Any Where,

those are more 'temperamental'.
